Company Description: TMG Staffing Corporation is a privately held professional recruiting company based in Indianapolis, IN. Our team consists of highly-trained Certified Personnel Consultants. Our group has experience successfully filling all levels of positions from CEO level to hourly production personnel. TMG is an Indiana company which specializes in working with companies that have a significant presence in the Midwest.

Starting February 1st of 2008, TMG will be operating in a virtual office environment allowing professional recruiters in our network to access all the support functions necessary via the Internet. This will allow TMG recruiters to achieve the highest levels of success.

General scope of work: The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for direct marketing both the services of TMG Staffing to potential clients and TMG Staffing's client positions to potential candidates. Direct Marketing takes the form of telephonic cold-calling to prospects. The Recruiting Specialist can work from home or in another remote location. Training will be provided by TMG Staffing to acclimate recruiters with TMG standards.

Education requirements: Ideally a candidate will have obtained a Bachelor of Science, however, a degree is not required to be successful in this position.

Skills required: The ideal person must be self motivated. The person must be able to create rapport with potential clients and candidates both in person and over the phone. The ideal person must have good computer skills and be comfortable doing research over the Internet. Excellent communication skills are required. Work experience with "Adapt" candidate management systems is a plus.
