General
scope of work: Provide direction to the operational
functions and project teams including Project Managers,
Construction Managers, Branch Managers, Project Administrators
and Interns. Accountable for monitoring operational
performance, including cost, quality, schedule, profitability
while providing world class service to our customers.
Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction
projects from conception to completion. Lead projects
to $30M scope
Education
requirements: Bachelor's degree in a construction
related discipline. Will consider substitution of
requisite experience for degree.
Skills
required: Advanced knowledge, interpretation,
and application of construction building codes. Ability
to maintain focus and drive results while managing
multiple projects, multiple operational teams, and
maintaining client relationships. Lead initiatives
to assure ongoing enhancements of service, processes,
and deliverables to drive superior results to the
customer. Detect trends and patterns as a means to
improve process to further enhance productivity and
customer satisfaction. Maintain effectiveness in challenging
situations and environments. Demonstrate leadership,
exceptional interpersonal and advanced communication
and negotiation skills. Excel in mentoring and maximizing
potential in others. Demonstrates the ability to plan,
organize, and deliver commitments as required. Driven
to succeed. Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
and all safety and security requirements. Experience
in General Contracting and Construction Management
preferred
