Staffing Corporation stands behind it's placement
process and offers its clients the following year-long,
prorated guarantee:
TMG
will replace and recruited employee or candidate who
has been placed pursuant to the terms below should
the employee or candidate leave or be terminated for
just cause.
Within
sixty (60) days of the date of employment, TMG will
replace the employee or candidate free of charge.
Within
sixty-one (61) days to a total of one hundred and
eighty-two (182) days, TMG will replace the employee
or candidate for fifty percent (50%) of the original
fee.
Within
one hundred eighty-three (183) days to a total of
three hundred sixty-five (365) days, TMG will replace
the employee or candidate for seventy percent (70%)
of the original fee.
Reasons
for termination must reasonably reflect upon the TMG
Staffing Corporation's recruiting efforts. Just cause
does not include termination by reason of fire, casualty,
lock-out, strike, labor conditions, accident, riot,
or war.
