General Scope of Work: The Area Manager is responsible for operations which include quality, specifications, SOP's, set-up time reduction, quality improvement efforts, and waste reduction. The Area Manager will develop and adhere to the departmental budget, analyze daily production reports, and coordinate departmental continuous improvement activities and training. Also, this position will work to promote greater safety awareness and performance

Education requirements: College degree required in an engineering science related to manufacturing.

Skills required: A demonstrated experience with either finishing or coating in a paper conversion operation.
