This person will be responsible for managing and leading
the Estimating Department. They will be accountable
for the centralization of bid management with capabilities
to deliver quality on time results for general construction
bids; negotiated bids and design build bids. Responsibilities
include managing project flow to assure operating
efficiencies while meeting defined standards of bid
volume and awarded contracts, and promoting team and
individual excellence to assure quality results and
world class service to the client's customers.
Skills:
BS degree in a construction related discipline. Minimum
10 years experience in commercial and industrial construction
estimating. Minimum 5 years experience in leading
and driving initiatives of a professional estimating
department.

Project
Engineer - Indianapolis
This
position is for an electronics engineer to work as
a team member with the machine and power electronics
teams. The position requires an understanding of motor
operation; both synchronous and induction types as
well as PM generator operation. A full understanding
of dsp based control electronics is required along
with related firmware. Machines operate in speed and
torque loops. Algorithms have been developed and this
position requires a working knowledge of the hardware
and software to support this motor control product.
Power electronics versions include those that operate
in all four quadrants as fully regenerative systems
and rectifier inverter systems. An understanding of
feedback for rotor position, temperature, vibration,
etc. is also a requirement.
Skills:
BS degree in a technical field. 3+ years of direct,
hands-on control programming experience. Knowledge
of C and C++ programming languages.
