TMG
Placement Process
The
TMG placement process is based on "Blueprinting:
A Job/Applicant Profiling Methodology." Blueprinting
allows TMG Staffing Corporation the ability to quickly
and precisely define each individual need of the client.
The end result is to create a template to be used
in the recruiting and screening process.
When
TMG completes its examination of the client need through
the process, a working document is created and introduced
into the recruiting campaign. Candidates interviewed
for the client's opening are evaluated against the
information and criteria contained in the blueprint
document. Not only is the candidate required to verbally
respond to the requirements of the position, they
are also required to cite in writing specific career
experiences and accomplishments that demonstrate their
capability in performing specific functions. The blueprint
serves as the first interview in the hiring process
and relieves the client from the time consuming tasks
of reviewing resumes and performing phone interviews.
The
written responses as well as the candidates' resumes
are included in the packet submitted to the client
for review. This valuable information is not normally
provided by recruiters to their candidates and clients.
The process has proven to create maximum efficiency
in the selection and placement process thus delivering
superior staffing solutions to TMG's clients. TMG
consistently maintains an interview-to-hire ratio
of 3:1 or better when employing the blueprinting methodology.
